Starting school is such a huge milestone in your child's life! At Rushmere Hall we make it as exciting and fun as possible. The EYFS curriculum enables us to follow the child's interests, giving the children opportunities to learn through play, alongside teaching time, to give them the best start in their school journey.
We are a highly skilled and experienced Early Years team. Teachers and Teaching Assistants work closely together tailoring the learning experiences for the children's needs.
We have fantastic facilities, large, bright, exciting classrooms, bay areas for smaller groups both inside and outside the classroom and a BIG shared play area to further learning and discovery and develop all important communication and language skills with the chance to build friendships and interact with children and Staff from other classes.
We encourage parents to play an active part in their child's learning, so look out for lots of opportunities to come and see us, such as 'Stay & Play' sessions, School Trips and Visits, sharing and celebration assemblies, Parents Evenings etc. Don't forget to check the Blogs for your child's class on this website, they are updated regularly with lots of news and exciting events!
We are all looking forward to a super year, if you have any questions or comments please feel free to speak me or to your child's class Teacher.
