What a turn out this week, with many awards being given across the school.
Well done to the year 6 children who completed maths challenges over the last two weeks. Going to Northgate and representing the school in a very positive light.
Wow! We have given out 13 awards this week from being resilient, inquisitive, independent, motivated to resourceful. All of these are key to becoming successful in your learning. Who will be the first to collect all 10 awards?
In addition we have a swimmer amongst us! Swimming 16 lengths (400 m) using breaststroke. She is now working towards 600 m and then 800 m in the future. Well done!
We have a talented cook in the school. Entering a competition, Calamity Kitchen, that 50 children entered, with only 9 correctly passing. Good work!
Something that all children want to get.... a Blue Peter badge! This one is a limited edition sports badge, for supporting a friend starting sports. Well done!
More awards to give out, including flute and clarinet gradings. Learning a new instrument takes time and effort, so well done all of you!
We already have food on the stage for the local charity Find, hopefully we will be able to hide Mrs Gudgin!
