Just a reminder that it is the Cross Country Challenge tomorrow so all children need their PE kit tomorrow. We are looking forward to seeing how far we can run and raising lots of money for school!
Yesterday, 3R were really lucky to participate in a golf taster session run by Ipswich Golf Club.
We found it tricky but really enjoyed ourselves :)
Thank you to Ipswich Golf Club for giving us a taste of golf.
We started our new Science topic today: Food and our bodies.
We started the topic by looking at the different diets animals have. We learnt about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores.
We then had to sort different animals and their diet using a VENN diagram. See the picture below showing our work!
Some of the diets surprised us! Tomorrow, we are going to design a dinner menu for a wild animal....
I hope you all had a relaxing Easter break. It was great to hear all about what the children had been up to on holiday.
I am attaching the new timetable for the summer term as there are a few changes. The main change is that PE will be taught on Wednesday and Friday so please can you ensure that your child has the correct PE kit in school on those days (starting tomorrow).
