On Wednesday 29th of March, Class 4C performed their own short versions of Midsummer Night's Dream to an excited audience. The setting was in the secret garden, and despite it being quite windy, the children did very well to have loud voices and remember their lines.
They had been working on Midsummer Night's Dream for the last three weeks. Initially, they had to work in groups to create their own play script from iconic scenes. Then, they were given a few opportunities to rehearse these play scripts.
Mrs Casburn and Mrs Ching were very pleased with the performances and, equally, very impressed with the large number of people who turned up to see our performances.
A huge thank you to everyone who turned up, and continue to show their support.
