It was lovely to meet so many of you at parents' evening last week. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing all your children’s wonderful achievements with you. For those of you that weren't able to make the 07.02.17 or 09.02.17, I am more than happy to still meet with you at the beginning of next half term. Just write a note in your child's log book with any convenient times you could meet and I'll get back to you.
The enormous effort the children have been putting into their homework projects deserves a special mention. I am incredibly impressed with the creative, original and imaginative ways 4B have presented their chosen task. Photos of completed projects will follow shortly.
Please encourage your child to read throughout the half term if they want to be in with a chance of earning the prestigious Reader of the week title. Below is a link for the active learn site 4B have been trialling.
The children have also glued the log in details into their reading diary so that they can explore the selection of interactive books I have allocated for them to read on ‘Bug Club.’ Remember to click on the bug icon on selected pages in order to answer a comprehension question.
Enjoy the half term!
