Our Science unit for this term is Sound. So far, the children have learned how sound waves travel (using a slinky to help demonstrate!) and how these are translated in the ear and the brain.
Today, we did a series of experiments to try and understand how sounds are made, by investigating the effect that making a sound can have on the objects around it.
Next week, we will record our observations, focusing on using the correct scientific vocabulary.
