This week we have had a movie week. We made a world war 2 film.Every one had a part in the play and this weeks well done goes to............ charlie and bailey.
We also have made a friend or foe booklet that is based on the story we have been reading. We planned for two days before we started the film and the actual film took three days to make. The film is currently being edited and will be ready after Christmas for you to watch so you can feel free to come along after Christmas to see the whole film. Our teachers will let you know when we will be showing it.
Here is a sneaky peek at the prologue to keep you happy.

Yesterday, Year 6 travelled to Duxford Imperial War Museum (IWM).
After being on the coach for over an hour, we were feeling enthusiastic about starting our trip in Duxford. While we were there, we did lots of activities, including walking through Concorde, participating in quizzes and completing exciting worksheets about The Battle of Britain.
We learnt about how people had to have Anderson/ Morrison shelters during bomb raids in the war. We even saw how small and uncomfortable they were! The journey through the eight different activities/ hangers was tiring, but worth it. We walked around 4 miles whilst there!!
In every hanger, we learnt something new and we would recommend it to anyone reading this (even if the journey was quite long!).
Thank you to all the staff involved in organising this trip and for all the adults coming along to help make our day a wonderful one.
