Not sure if anyone will see this post but I'd just like to say again how proud I've been of you all over this year and that I think you've all done so well. We had a great year and I will miss you all. The leaver's assembly was hilarious and a bit sad too but finally finished our year albeit about 5 minutes overtime. I'm back in the workshop now about to catch up on all the jobs I've been saving up: like fixing this old phone a bit more. It's polished up quite well but I want it to work too. I'm looking forward to a bit more mountain climbing, Parkruns, boot sales, swimming and getting up late on weekdays too. I hope you all have a chance to relax and do some interesting things as well.
Some of you did leave a few things behind that I think you will be wanting me not to throw away so I will hang on to them for you.
Thanks for all the presents and kind words - Good luck. Please visit next year!
Well done everybody for your fantastic performances of "Pride Rock". Everyone worked so hard, performers and backstage crews, parents too, and I couldn't have been more proud of you all. And thanks for the flowers and card. I hope you're looking forward to your disco on Monday and don't forget - we've another performance to work on now - the leaver's assembly. So we're going to be busy right up to the last day!
What a busy week! Northgate induction, ofsted, rehearsals - We really needed the weekend.
I hope you are going to be bringing back any Pride Rock tickets you don't need so that we can redistribute them. We really need costumes to be in school this coming week so that we can check them out and make any necessary tweaks. I've got a lot to do to make the stage look better too.
I've added a couple more ideas for costumes that I've Googled - Is that their own hair that looks like ears? Hmmm.
See you tomorrow!
