I can't believe that it is the last day of term already. This year has gone by in a flash!
It has been a super busy week this week with moving up days and parties. The children are really tired and ready for a break before their next big adventure!
For those children moving up into Reception next term, the starting date is Thursday 6th September. Children who are remaining with the nursery, the start date is Thursday 13th September.
Have a great break and all the best. Enjoy the sunshine!
Don't forget to collect all your child's belongings from the cloakroom before you leave. Thanks
What a super time we had, even though it was very hot! Have a look at the photos and see what we got up to.
We all had a lovely time in Woodbridge on Tuesday. Here are some of the photos.
Looking forward to meting up with the afternoon children on Friday for their trip.
Looking forward to the trip to Woodbridge tomorrow. We are meeting at 10am at Ipswich station. If you are unable to come please ring the office and let them know.
The Train back arrives at Ipswich station at 2.36pm. Leaving almost an hour to get back to school for those who need to pick up other children.
The Maths Challenge has now come to an end. We will now start to collect the challenge cards in. A huge thank you to all those who took part, it has been a great success.
Thank you also to Mrs Sommavilla for co-ordinating the distribution of the cards.
We visited the Secret Garden, where we pretended to be butterflies flapping around finding flowers. We had a nectar treat at the end (ice Poles) and enjoyed cooling down from the hot weather
During PE this week the children used their balancing skills to travel in different ways across the bench. At the end they had to put their feet together and jump, landing with both feet on the mat.
Well done to all the Nursery children who took part in the Sports Day. They did a fantastic job and I saw some great team work. Thank you also to all the supporters who came to cheer them on! Here is a small selection of pictures from the day!
Sports Day Friday 22nd June - 10am for morning children and 2pm for afternoon children. Drop children off at normal time - already dressed in their PE kits. Then come back to Nursery at the times above.
This week we have been learning about snails and 3 came to visit us in the Nursery. Some of us were brave enough to hold them, whilst others just preferred to watch!
