Over the next few weeks the majority of us will be spending a lot of time at home. It's important that we keep fit and healthy both physically and mentally. Here are some useful links to use at home to keep fit and healthy.
Joe Wicks is going to be doing a live 30 minute fitness sessions called 'PE with Joe' at 9am, every morning Monday - Friday. As well as this, Joe Wicks also has some children's workouts on his youtube channel.
Cosmic kids yoga is another great resource for children in EYFS, KS1 and lower KS2. Jamie takes children on an adventure through a story and yoga.
The BBC has some great dance 20 minute dance lessons for Reception, KS1 and KS2.
