Morning everyone! I hope you enjoyed your workout with Joe Wicks this morning? I know I did! The squat jumps really worked out my thighs and the crunches worked out my abs. It was tricky to keep that up for 30 seconds! Did you manage it? My favourite move had to be the karate kick because I loved pretending to be a ninja. What was your favourite move?
As the sun is out today, I am going to try and go for a bike ride round the countryside. Will let you know how I get on tomorrow. Have you been able to go out for a ride on your bike or are you playing football in your back garden? Whatever you do, I hope you make the most of this sunshine and stay safe!
