We are all very excited about the Christmas show tomorrow. Just a reminder about times. Please drop your child off at nursery at the usual time, children arrive in their outfits with plimsolls on. The starting times for the production are 10.00am for morning children and 1.30pm for afternoon children. You can enter the hall via the key stage 1 playground.  After the performance one adult will need to walk back with their child to nursery, after changing they are free to leave.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Thank you to all the adults who came to the Stay and Play yesterday. It was great to have so many of you share the session with your child. Hope you had as much fun as we did! Here are just a few of the photos.

We are reading the book Stickman next week and will be carrying out lots of 'sticky' activities! we will need a few sticks and this is were we need your help.
whilst you are out and about can you pick up a stick or two? Please make it no longer than a ruler and lots of different lengths would be great!

There is also stay and play on Thursday which starts at 9.00 and finishes at 11.00 for the morning children and starts at 12.45 and finishes at 2.45 for the afternoon children. This will take place in the nursery so only one adult per child please and no younger siblings. There just isn't the room. There will be another Stay and Play in 2018 so other adults have the chance to attend.

Next week, as part of our celebrations topic, we are looking at birthdays! A special occasion that everyone loves! We are going to be planning a party for The Gruffalo, whose birthday is on Friday.
The colour for this week is grey and the sound is 'o.'

Please remember to have a coat and welly boots in school as the weather gets colder and wetter, this is particularly important on Thursdays for the Secret Garden.

Today during our trip to the Secret Garden we made a bonfire. We collected sticks and piled them high. We discussed the dangers of fires and playing with matches. Then we pretended to light it! Toasting marshmallows and eating them was the best bit!
