Hi Year 1,hope you've had a lovely relaxing weekend. I woke up this morning and really fancied pancakes so thought I would treat myself. To make these I needed, 100g of plain flour, 300ml of milk (or in my case oat milk) and 2 eggs. I weighed out the flour first and then measured the milk. I then steadily added the milk to the flour bit by bit. Lastly, I added the eggs to the mixture. I then poured some of the mixture into the frying pan. Once the pancake was cooked, I tipped it onto a plate and added jam and peanut butter. When I made my pancakes, I forgot to take a picture of the end results as I was too eager to eat them. I have got some mixture left over so will try to remember next time!
This afternoon I am going to spend some time in the garden clearing some weeds. I am going to keep my eyes out for any minibeasts I might see and might even take some pictures of some plants to see whether you can workout what they are!
