We have been reading and exploring the language used by Julia Donaldson in Room on the Broom. We have been thinking of adjectives to describe the characters and the setting. Next week we are going to compose 'sensational sentences' including these adjectives. Can you fill in the gaps in the sentence below?
Today we went on an Art weather walk outside. We took our sketchbooks and a sketching pencil with us. We listened carefully to the weather and used our eyes to look for different weather. We made marks in our sketchbooks to show today's weather.
