This week our learning about the Romans was brought to life once again as Mr Kightley shared his collection of artefacts.
The children were able to hold Roman coins, pottery, jewellery and many more interesting items. What a great experience! Mr Kightley was able to share a wealth of knowledge with the children and helped to bring this topic to life. Which was your favourite artefact? How are Roman coins similar to our coins? What metal were many of the items made from? Here are a few photos from our time with Mr Kightley. Tell a grown up about the artefacts you can see. Year 3 Teachers Comments are closed.
