On Wednesday we all had a wonderful trip to Christchurch Park. The weather was kind to us and the rain held off! The children were VERY excited! During our visit we explored the playground and used real compasses to find out which direction we were walking in. They were very tricky to use and the arrows kept wobbling but we didn't give up! Then we collected sticks, leaves and other bit and pieces we found on the ground to make 'leaf art' pictures. We think we saw Stick Man's Family tree so some of us made Stick Men pictures too! The children all behaved beautifully and I felt very proud of them all! Well done 2D! What an exciting visit we had!
