We are really enjoying the story book, 'Handa's Surprise.'
Yesterday we tasted some of the fruits from 'Handa's Surprise.' They were delicious and we thought of lots of adjectives to describe their taste and texture. We used these adjectives in our writing. Have a look at some pictures of us tasting different fruits. We loved our animal themed non-uniform day today! All of our costumes looked fantastic!

We enjoyed drawing pictures of giraffes and painted our coil, clay, snake pots. Today we loved having the owls visit us! We learnt lots of interesting facts and we even saw the owls fly in our school hall! Have a wonderful half term holiday! Today we have been very busy learning lots!
This morning we learnt lots of facts about tortoises. We wrote these facts on a tortoise in our best handwriting and named our tortoises too! In Maths we made some number bond bugs! We practised our number bonds to 10 and 20. Have a look at the photo of our number bond bugs on display outside our classroom. This afternoon we were learning about how to keep our teeth healthy and clean. We cleaned our teeth with our toothbrushes and toothpaste! |
