This week we have been working so hard on our quizzes. Grown ups you should be VERY proud of your children! They persevered and didn't give up. They really enjoyed the challenge and they showed me how clever they all are.
Today was Art Day. We learnt about the French artist Henry Matisse. We also looked at some optical illusions by Bridget Riley. They were very puzzling and we found them fascinating! Have a look at these pictures we made in the style of Henry Matisse based on his famous 'Snail' picture. You can also see Maddie showing us her topic homework - 'growing seeds'. It was very interesting because we can see the actual roots through the transparent window of the tank.
