Our First Week in 1W

We have had a very exciting first week in 1W!

In English we have been reading 'Knuffle Bunny' by Mo Willems and in Maths we have been using 'Part, Part, Whole Mats' to help us work out the answers to number sentences.

We have made PRIDE lions to help us remember our school rules.

We have been learning how to have a 'Growth Mindset' in 1W and to persevere and never give up, even when we find something difficult.

We all had a go at drawing a monkey on our own and then after following instructions, working hard and persevering, we had another go and improved our drawings. We were all really pleased with our final outcomes and know we should all have a growth mindset!
