Another jam packed week! We have finished writing our Highwayman diary entries, in the perspective of Tim the Ostler, the Highwayman or Bess. I have been impressed with everyone's efforts to edit and improve their work and after reading them all tonight - it is safe to say 5C have produced some excellent, enjoyable pieces of writing. We look forward to casting the performance next week!
This week we have been busy working as scientists in a lab to test the best brand of kitchen towel. We tested five pieces of kitchen towel to see which was the most absorbent! It is safe to say that Blitz won as it held a magnificent 147 drops of water! Attached are some photos of scientists in action, carrying out a fair test! Please keep the great pieces of homework coming in. This week we were lucky enough to try potato bread made by Toby - with a mystery ingredient of cheese! It was rather tasty and enjoyed by all. I look forward to seeing more pieces of homework throughout the term. In preparation for our Christmas Craft afternoon coming up, I would be grateful if you would be able to spare any clean tin cans preferably without labels on. Please bring these in over the next week or so if you can, so that we can try and spare enough for the class. Miss Clarke Comments are closed.
